The Samsung Galaxy S20 has a global score of 94.8, which is much better than Moto G8's overall score of 74.4. Samsung Galaxy S20 is a thinner and lighter cellphone than Moto G8, although both were only released with a couple months difference. Both phones we are comparing work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy S20 has 13 version and Moto G8 has Android 10.

Galaxy S20 has a bit better hardware performance than Moto G8, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Galaxy S20 also has more RAM memory. Galaxy S20 counts with a much better looking screen than Moto G8, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a lot more pixels per display inch and a much higher 1440 x 3200 resolution.

The Samsung Galaxy S20 captures much clearer videos and photos than Moto G8, because although it has a camera with a lot worse resolution and a smaller diafragm aperture which is not so good for low-light captures, it also counts with a way better 7680x4320 video resolution. Samsung Galaxy S20 counts with a much better memory capacity to store more games and applications than Moto G8, because it has 128 GB internal storage and a slot for an external memory card that allows up to 1000 GB.

The Samsung Galaxy S20 features a battery performance that's just as good as the Moto G8 one.

The Samsung Galaxy S20 is a lot more expensive than the Motorola Moto G8, but you can get a much better phone for that few more dollars.
