Moto G9 Plus is just a bit better than Huawei Mate 20, with an 80.5 score against 79.5. Although Moto G9 Plus is newer than the Huawei Mate 20, it is somewhat thicker and heavier. Both of these phones work with Android operating system, but the Moto G9 Plus has 10 version and Huawei Mate 20 has Android 9.0 Pie.
Huawei Mate 20 has just a bit better hardware performance than Moto G9 Plus. They have a 4 GB RAM and 8 cores. The Huawei Mate 20 features a bit sharper display than Moto G9 Plus, although it has a little lower 1080 x 2244 resolution, a bit smaller display and a just a bit less pixels per inch in the display.
The Motorola Moto G9 Plus has much more storage capacity to store more apps and games than Huawei Mate 20, and although they both have the same internal storage capacity, the Motorola Moto G9 Plus also has an external memory card slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB. Moto G9 Plus has better battery life than Huawei Mate 20, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
Motorola Moto G9 Plus takes much better photos and videos than Huawei Mate 20, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and a F1.8 aperture, the Motorola Moto G9 Plus also has a much larger sensor taking more light and vivid colors and a back facing camera with a way higher resolution.
