Comparison review
The Galaxy A42 has a score of 87, which is just a bit better than Moto G9 Plus's global score of 80.5. Although the Galaxy A42 and the Moto G9 Plus were only released with a few months difference, the Galaxy A42 is somewhat lighter and somewhat thinner. These phones include Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy A42 has 11 version while Moto G9 Plus has Android 10, so it provides the user a couple additional features and better performance.
Galaxy A42 features a processing unit that's just as good as Moto G9 Plus's CPU, both of them have 4 GB of RAM memory and the same number of cores. Motorola Moto G9 Plus features a sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy A42, because it has a much better resolution of 1080 x 2400px, a little bigger display and a higher pixel quantity per inch of display.
Motorola Moto G9 Plus captures just a bit better photographs and videos than Galaxy A42, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the same diafragm aperture and the same video frame rates, the Motorola Moto G9 Plus also has a way more mega-pixels back-facing camera. The Samsung Galaxy A42 has a slightly bigger memory for apps and games than Motorola Moto G9 Plus, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal storage, the Samsung Galaxy A42 also has a SD card slot that admits up to 1000 GB.
Galaxy A42 features a battery performance that is just as good as the Moto G9 Plus one.
