LG Velvet is better than Moto X4, with an 87.1 score against 74.4. The LG Velvet is a just a bit heavier cellphone than the Moto X4, but both of them are equally thin. LG Velvet has a bit better CPU than Motorola Moto X4, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the LG Velvet also has a higher amount of RAM.
Motorola Moto X4 counts with a little sharper screen than LG Velvet, because although it has a really smaller screen and a quite lower 1080 x 1920 resolution, it also counts with a quite greater quantity of pixels per inch in the screen. The LG Velvet captures much better videos and photos than Motorola Moto X4, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality and the same video frame rates, the LG Velvet also has a much better 48 MP resolution camera in the back, a larger aperture and a way bigger back-facing camera sensor providing a much better image quality.
The LG Velvet has a superior memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Moto X4, and although they both have an external memory slot that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB, the LG Velvet also has 128 GB internal storage. The LG Velvet has a really longer battery duration than Motorola Moto X4, because it has a 4300mAh battery capacity.
Despite of being the best phone in this comparison, LG Velvet is also cheaper than the Moto X4, making it a simple decision.
