LG Q8 is a bit better than Motorola Moto Z Droid Edition, having a 77.2 score against 75.6. Both of these phones include Android OS (operating system), but LG Q8 has an older 7.0 Nougat version while Motorola Moto Z Droid Edition has Android 7.1 Nougat version.
