LG V30 has an overall score of 79.1, which is a bit better than the Motorola Moto Z Play's 74.4 overall score. LG V30's construction is newer and just a little bit lighter, but also just a little bit thicker than Motorola Moto Z Play. The LG V30 features a bit better display than Moto Z Play, because it has a higher pixel density, a way better resolution of 1440 x 2880 pixels and a little bit bigger display.
LG V30 features a little faster CPU than Moto Z Play, and although they both have the same number of cores, the LG V30 also has 1 GB more RAM. The LG V30 shoots slightly better photographs and videos than Moto Z Play, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate, the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and the same resolution camera, the LG V30 also has a larger diafragm aperture to take better photos and videos in poorly lited situations.
LG V30 features a better memory to store more apps and games than Motorola Moto Z Play, and although they both have a SD card slot that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB, the LG V30 also has 64 GB internal storage. Moto Z Play has a little longer battery performance than LG V30, because it has a 6% more battery capacity.
LG V30 costs a bit more money than Motorola Moto Z Play, but you can get a better phone for that extra dollars.
