Motorola Droid Turbo has a global score of 76.4, which is just a bit better than Motorola Moto Z Play's 74.4 global score. Both phones in our current comparison use Android OS (Operating System), but Motorola Droid Turbo has the previous 4.4.4 version and Motorola Moto Z Play has Android 8.0 Oreo. Although it's the best device we are comparing, we must note that it's also an older, a little bit heavier and notably thicker device.

The Motorola Droid Turbo features a bit better processor than Moto Z Play, because although it has a lower number of cores , and they both have 3 GB of RAM memory, the Motorola Droid Turbo also counts with an extra graphics co-processor. The Motorola Droid Turbo features a much sharper screen than Moto Z Play, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with more pixels per inch in the screen and a better 2560 x 1440 resolution.

The Motorola Moto Z Play counts with a much bigger storage to install games and applications than Motorola Droid Turbo, and although they both have the same 32 GB internal storage capacity, the Motorola Moto Z Play also has a slot for external memory cards that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB. Motorola Droid Turbo shoots a little bit better photos and videos than Moto Z Play, because although it has lower 24 fps video frame rate, and they both have the same diafragm aperture and the same (4K) video resolution, the Motorola Droid Turbo also counts with a much more MP camera in the back.

Motorola Droid Turbo counts with a bit superior battery duration than Motorola Moto Z Play, because it has 3900mAh of battery capacity.

The Motorola Droid Turbo not only is the best phones of the ones we compare here, but it's also a lot cheaper.
