Comparison review
Galaxy M31 has a global score of 86.5, which is much better than Moto Z Play's global score of 74.4. Galaxy M31's body is a lot newer, but thicker and somewhat heavier than the Moto Z Play. These devices have Android operating system, but the Galaxy M31 has an older 11 version while Moto Z Play has Android 8.0 Oreo.
The Galaxy M31 features a bit superior CPU than Moto Z Play, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Galaxy M31 also has a greater amount of RAM memory. The Samsung Galaxy M31 counts with a little sharper display than Moto Z Play, because it has a larger screen, a bit higher 1080 x 2340px resolution and a just a little better pixel quantity per inch of display.
Galaxy M31 has a greater camera than Moto Z Play, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and the same 30 fps video frame rates, the Galaxy M31 also has a back facing camera with a much better resolution and a larger camera aperture.
