Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is a little bit better than Motorola Moto Z Play, with an 81.6 score against 74.4. Both devices we are comparing here have Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has older 5.0 version while Motorola Moto Z Play has Android 8.0 Oreo. Despite being the best in this review, we must highlight that it's also a notably older, a little bit heavier and somewhat thicker phone.

The Galaxy Note 4 counts with a bit superior CPU than Moto Z Play, because although it has an inferior number of cores (although faster), and they both have the same RAM amount, the Galaxy Note 4 also counts with an additional graphics co-processor. Galaxy Note 4 counts with a sharper display than Moto Z Play, because it has a little bit bigger display, a greater pixels count in each display inch and a better 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution.

Moto Z Play counts with a much better storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy Note 4, and although they both have the same internal storage, the Moto Z Play also has a SD card slot that admits up to 1,95 TB. Moto Z Play features a bit superior battery life than Samsung Galaxy Note 4, because it has a 9 percent bigger battery size.

Galaxy Note 4 shoots slightly better pictures and videos than Moto Z Play, although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not nice for low-light photos, they both have the same resolution back-facing camera, the same video definition and the same video frame rates.

The Galaxy Note 4 is not only the best phones of the ones we are comparing, but it's also cheap compared to the Moto Z Play.
