Samsung Galaxy Note9 has a score of 87.1, which is much better than the Motorola Moto Z Play's global score of 74.4. Samsung Galaxy Note9's body is newer than Motorola Moto Z Play's, although it is somewhat thicker and heavier. The Galaxy Note9 has a little sharper display than Moto Z Play, because it has a lot higher 1440 x 2960 pixels resolution, a better number of pixels per inch of display and a larger screen.

Galaxy Note9 counts with a greater memory for applications and games than Moto Z Play, because although it has a SD memory card expansion slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB against 1,95 TB, it also counts with more internal storage capacity. The Galaxy Note9 has a bit better hardware performance than Motorola Moto Z Play, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy Note9 also has a greater amount of RAM memory.
