IPhone 7 is a little bit better than Motorola Moto Z, getting an 81.6 score against 74.5. Although it's the best in this comparison review, it must be noted that it is also a extremely thicker and just a little heavier device. Moto Z has a slightly better looking display than Apple iPhone 7, because it has a way better display density, a bigger screen and a way better 1440 x 2560 resolution.

Although iPhone 7 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Motorola Moto Z, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Motorola Moto Z. So if you need that extra features, you can buy iPhone 7, else you can save some money and get the Motorola Moto Z, giving up a couple specs and features.
