The LG Q8 is slightly better than the Motorola Moto Z, with a overall score of 77.2 against 74.5. Even though the LG Q8 is newer than the Motorola Moto Z, it's just a little heavier and way thicker. Both of these devices include Android OS (Operating System), but LG Q8 has an older 7.0 Nougat version while Motorola Moto Z has Android 8.0 Oreo.
The LG Q8 has a slightly better looking display than Motorola Moto Z, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, and they both have the same exact resolution of 1440 x 2560, the LG Q8 also counts with a bit better pixels amount per inch in the display.
