Comparison review

Xperia 1 III has a global score of 93.3, which is much better than the Moto Z's score of 74.5. Xperia 1 III's design is a lot newer, but incredibly heavier and thicker than the Moto Z. These phones have Android OS, but Xperia 1 III has an older 11 version and Moto Z has Android 8.0 Oreo version. Sony Xperia 1 III features a bit better screen than Moto Z, because it has a higher resolution of 1644 x 3840 pixels, a larger display and a little bit more pixels per inch in the display.

The Sony Xperia 1 III counts with a bit better performance than Moto Z, because it has a higher amount of RAM memory and a higher number of cores. The Xperia 1 III shoots much better videos and photos than Motorola Moto Z, because although it has a lower resolution back camera and a worse video quality, it also counts with a bigger aperture to capture better low light captures.

Xperia 1 III counts with a much greater memory for applications and games than Moto Z, because although it has an external SD slot that holds 976 GB smaller, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage capacity. The Sony Xperia 1 III counts with a much better battery lifetime than Moto Z, because it has a 73% larger battery capacity.

Although Xperia 1 III is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Moto Z, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Moto Z. If you are trying to save some money, you can buy Moto Z, giving up a couple features, but you'll get the most out of your savings.
