Comparison review

Samsung Galaxy S6 is a little bit better than the Motorola Moto Z2 Play, having an 85.1 score against 77.4. Samsung Galaxy S6 is a incredibly older and somewhat thicker cellphone than the Motorola Moto Z2 Play, but Samsung was able to make it just a little bit lighter anyway. The Samsung Galaxy S6 features a little bit better hardware performance than Moto Z2 Play, because although it has less RAM, and they both have 8 cores, the Samsung Galaxy S6 also counts with a 64-bits processing unit and an extra graphics processing unit.

Samsung Galaxy S6 features a much sharper screen than Moto Z2 Play, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a better 2560 x 1440 resolution and a better pixels amount per display inch. The Moto Z2 Play features a superior memory to store more apps and games than Samsung Galaxy S6, and although they both have equal internal storage, the Moto Z2 Play also has a slot for external memory cards that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB.

Galaxy S6 takes just a bit better photos and videos than Motorola Moto Z2 Play, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not so good for taking images and/or video in low-light situations, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution and the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the Galaxy S6 also counts with a lot better resolution back camera.

The Moto Z2 Play features just a bit better battery performance than Galaxy S6, because it has an 18% larger battery capacity.

Although Samsung Galaxy S6 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Moto Z2 Play, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Moto Z2 Play. If you prefer to save some money, you can buy Moto Z2 Play, and give up a couple features, but you'll get the most with your budget.
