Galaxy S4 is a bit better than the Motorola One Macro, having a overall score of 79 against 73.8. Both devices in this review come with Android OS, but the Galaxy S4 has the previous 4.4 version while Motorola One Macro has Android 9.0 Pie version. Galaxy S4 is an noticeably older phone than Motorola One Macro, but it is lighter and somewhat thinner anyway.

Motorola One Macro has just a little better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy S4, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processor, it also counts with a higher number of faster cores and a greater amount of RAM. Galaxy S4 features a way better looking screen than Motorola One Macro, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a better resolution of 1920 x 1080 and a much better screen density.

Motorola One Macro shoots clearer photos and videos than Galaxy S4, because although it has a tinier sensor capturing less light and dull colors, and they both have the same 1920x1080 video quality, the same resolution camera in the back and the same 30 fps video frame rates, the Motorola One Macro also counts with a bigger diafragm aperture.

The Motorola One Macro has a lot bigger memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S4, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal memory capacity, the Motorola One Macro also has a SD card slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB. Motorola One Macro features a very superior battery duration than Samsung Galaxy S4, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity against 2600mAh.
