The Google Pixel XL has a score of 81.3, which is a bit better than Motorola One's overall score of 74.3. Despite being the best phone in this review, Google Pixel XL's design is extremely older, a little heavier and just a little bit thicker than Motorola One. Google Pixel XL features a sharper screen than Motorola One, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a way better resolution of 1440 x 2560px and a lot greater screen pixels density.
The Motorola One has a little faster processor than Google Pixel XL, and although they both have 4 GB of RAM, the Motorola One also has 4 more cpu cores (although slower). The Google Pixel XL shoots a little bit better photos and videos than Motorola One, although it has a worse 12.3 megapixels resolution back-facing camera and a lower 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, they both have a F2 aperture.
The Motorola One features a bit bigger storage capacity for apps and games than Google Pixel XL, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory, it also counts with a slot for an SD memory card that allows up to 256 GB. The Google Pixel XL has just a bit better battery lifetime than Motorola One, because it has a 15 percent larger battery size.
Although Google Pixel XL is a better device, it is way more expensive than Motorola One, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Motorola One. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Google Pixel XL, but if you don't you can save some money and get the Motorola One, resigning a couple specifications.
