Galaxy C7 has a score of 77.7, which is a little bit better than Motorola One's 74.3 score. The Galaxy C7 body is somewhat thinner than Motorola One, but it is a little heavier and was released 3 years before. Both devices we are comparing use Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy C7 has the older 8.0 Oreo version while Motorola One has Android 9.0 Pie.
The Samsung Galaxy C7 features a slightly better display than Motorola One, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels and a greater number of pixels per display inch.
