Xperia XZ2 Premium is much better than Motorola One, with a score of 82.2 against 74.3. Xperia XZ2 Premium is a way heavier and notably thicker cellphone than Motorola One. The Xperia XZ2 Premium has an incredibly better display than Motorola One, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a much better 2160 x 3840 resolution and a lot better display pixel density.
The Xperia XZ2 Premium has slightly more storage to store more apps and games than Motorola One, and although they both have the same internal storage capacity, the Xperia XZ2 Premium also has a SD extension slot that admits a maximum of 400 GB. Xperia XZ2 Premium counts with a little faster processor than Motorola One, and although they both have 8 cores, the Xperia XZ2 Premium also has a larger amount of RAM memory.
Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium captures clearer photos and videos than Motorola One, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium also has a much more megapixels back facing camera and a bigger diafragm aperture for better images and videos in poorly lited situations.
Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium counts with better battery performance than Motorola One, because it has a 3540mAh battery size against 3000mAh.
Although Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium is a better device, it costs a lot more than Motorola One, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Motorola One. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the Motorola One, letting go some features and specifications.
