Galaxy S6 Edge's construction is a lot newer, incredibly lighter and a lot thinner than the Motorola Photon Q 4G LTE. These phones work with Android operating system, but the Galaxy S6 Edge has a more recent 5.0 version and Motorola Photon Q 4G LTE has Android 4.1 version, so it gives some nice extra features.
