The Motorola razr (2020) has a general score of 87, which is a little bit better than iPhone 7's score of 81.6. The Motorola razr (2020) body is newer, but a bit thicker and way heavier than the iPhone 7. The iPhone 7 features a bit better display than Motorola razr (2020), although it has a just a bit worse pixels density, a much lower resolution of 750 x 1334 pixels and a lot smaller screen.
The iPhone 7 counts with as much storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos as the Motorola razr (2020) one, they have equal internal storage capacity. The Motorola razr (2020) has a bit superior CPU than iPhone 7, because it has 6 GB more RAM and a larger number of cores (and faster).
Motorola razr (2020) has a really longer battery duration than iPhone 7, because it has a 2800mAh battery capacity. The Motorola razr (2020) features a much better camera than iPhone 7, and although they both have the same (4K) video quality and the same 30 fps video frame rate, the Motorola razr (2020) also has a bigger camera aperture to take better low light images and video, a lot better 48 MP resolution back-facing camera and a lot larger back-facing camera sensor which provides a lot higher image and video quality.
Although Motorola razr (2020) is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than iPhone 7, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as iPhone 7. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Motorola razr (2020), else you can save some dollars and buy the iPhone 7, resigning a couple specs and features.
