The Motorola razr (2020) has a general score of 87, which is much better than the Google Pixel 3a XL's 78.9 general score. These phones work with the same Android 11 OS (Operating System), so both should give you the same OS features. Although the Motorola razr (2020) is heavier than Google Pixel 3a XL, it's just a little bit thinner and newer.
Google Pixel 3a XL has a little bit better display than Motorola razr (2020), because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a quite better 1080 x 2160 resolution and a little more pixels per inch in the screen. Motorola razr (2020) has a bit more powerful processing unit than Google Pixel 3a XL, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Motorola razr (2020) also has 4 GB more RAM.
The Motorola razr (2020) features a lot bigger memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Google Pixel 3a XL, because it has more internal storage capacity.
