The Motorola razr (2020) is better than the Huawei Mate 10, having an 87 score against 78.9. Even though the Motorola razr (2020) is just a bit heavier than Huawei Mate 10, it's a bit thinner and newer. Both of these devices use Android operating system, but the Motorola razr (2020) has newer 11 version while Huawei Mate 10 has Android 10, counting with some nice extra features and increased performance.
The Huawei Mate 10 features a brighter display than Motorola razr (2020), because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1440 x 2560px and more pixels per inch of display. Motorola razr (2020) has a superior storage capacity to store more apps and games than Huawei Mate 10, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with more internal storage capacity.
