The Motorola razr (2020) has an overall score of 87, which is just a bit better than the Huawei P30's global score of 81.7. The Motorola razr (2020) construction is newer, but somewhat heavier and just a little bit thicker than Huawei P30. Both devices in this comparison review include Android operating system, but Motorola razr (2020) has 11 version while Huawei P30 has Android 10 version, giving you lots of additional features and performance improvements.
Huawei P30 counts with a bit sharper display than Motorola razr (2020), because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a slightly higher resolution of 1080 x 2340 and a just a little greater pixels density. The Huawei P30's CPU is just as good as Motorola razr (2020)'s CPU, and although the Huawei P30 has 2 GB lesser RAM, they both have the same number of cores.
Motorola razr (2020) counts with a much better memory to install games and applications than Huawei P30, because it has 128 GB more internal memory. The Huawei P30 has better battery life than Motorola razr (2020), because it has 3650mAh of battery capacity instead of 2800mAh. The Huawei P30 takes just a bit better photographs and videos than Motorola razr (2020), because although it has a tinier aperture, a lower 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and a back-facing camera with a worse 40 MP resolution, it also counts with a larger back camera sensor capturing higher quality videos and photographs.
Although Motorola razr (2020) is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Huawei P30, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Huawei P30. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy Motorola razr (2020), otherwise you can save some money and get the Huawei P30, giving up some features and specifications.
