Comparison review
Motorola razr (2020) has a global score of 87, which is a bit better than Huawei P40's 86.4 global score. Even though Motorola razr (2020) and Huawei P40 were only released with a couple months difference, the Motorola razr (2020) body is just a little bit heavier but also just a little bit thinner. These phones include Android OS, but Motorola razr (2020) has the newer 11 version while Huawei P40 has Android 10 version.
The Huawei P40 has a bit better CPU than Motorola razr (2020), although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have 8 processing cores. The Huawei P40 has a bit sharper display than Motorola razr (2020), because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a little higher pixels count per display inch and a little higher resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels.
Motorola razr (2020) features a much better storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Huawei P40, because it has 256 GB internal storage. The Huawei P40 counts with a way better battery duration than Motorola razr (2020), because it has 3800mAh of battery capacity instead of 2800mAh.
The Huawei P40 has just a bit better camera than Motorola razr (2020), because although it has a tinier aperture which is not so good for low-light photos and video, and they both have the same (4K) video definition, the Huawei P40 also counts with a much larger sensor shooting lot better quality photographs, faster video frame rate and a camera in the back with more mega pixels.
Although Motorola razr (2020) is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Huawei P40, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Huawei P40. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Motorola razr (2020), else you can save some money and buy the Huawei P40, resigning some specifications.
