Comparison review
The Motorola razr (2020) has an overall score of 87, which is much better than the Motorola Edge 40's global score of 77.2. Although it's the best in our current comparison, Motorola razr (2020)'s design is incredibly older, heavier and just a little thicker than Motorola Edge 40. Both phones in this review use Android operating system, but the Motorola razr (2020) has an older 11 version while Motorola Edge 40 has Android 13 version.
The Motorola Edge 40 features a sharper screen than Motorola razr (2020), because it has a slightly higher resolution of 1080 x 2400, a little larger screen and a just a bit better pixels count per inch of display. Motorola razr (2020) counts with a much better performance than Motorola Edge 40. Both of them have the same RAM amount and the same number of cores.
The Motorola Edge 40 captures slightly better photographs and videos than Motorola razr (2020), and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and the same video frame rates, the Motorola Edge 40 also has a bigger aperture, a much bigger sensor taking much higher quality photographs and videos and a back camera with a higher resolution.
Motorola razr (2020) has a lot bigger memory capacity for applications and games than Motorola Edge 40, because it has 128 GB more internal memory. Motorola Edge 40 features a really longer battery lifetime than Motorola razr (2020), because it has a 57% larger battery capacity.
