Motorola razr (2020) is a bit better than the Galaxy Note8, with a overall score of 87 against 83. Both devices we are comparing here work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Motorola razr (2020) has an older 11 version while Galaxy Note8 has Android 9.0 Pie version. The Motorola razr (2020) is a noticeably newer phone, and it's also a little thinner and just a little lighter than Galaxy Note8.
Motorola razr (2020) counts with a little faster processing unit than Galaxy Note8, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Motorola razr (2020) also has 2 GB more RAM memory. The Galaxy Note8 features a sharper screen than Motorola razr (2020), because it has a better display density, a way better 1440 x 2960px resolution and a little bit bigger screen.
Motorola razr (2020) counts with a much better camera than Galaxy Note8, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate, the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and the same aperture, the Motorola razr (2020) also has a much larger camera sensor taking much better quality videos and photos and a way more mega pixels back facing camera.
Motorola razr (2020) has a way bigger memory to install games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Note8, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 192 GB more internal memory.
