Motorola razr (2020) has a score of 87, which is just a bit better than the Galaxy S5's 80.8 score. These phones use Android OS (Operating System), but Motorola razr (2020) has 11 version while Galaxy S5 has Android 4.4.2. Motorola razr (2020)'s body is incredibly newer and just a bit thinner than Galaxy S5's, but it is incredibly heavier.
The Galaxy S5 and Motorola razr (2020) both feature very similar processors, because although the Galaxy S5 has 5 GB lesser RAM memory and an inferior number of cores (but faster), it also counts with an extra GPU. Samsung Galaxy S5 features a lot better looking display than Motorola razr (2020), because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a much higher pixel density and a little higher 1920 x 1080 resolution.
Motorola razr (2020) counts with a lot bigger storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S5, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory. Galaxy S5's battery life is just as good as Motorola razr (2020)'s battery performance.
The Motorola razr (2020) takes much better photographs and videos than Galaxy S5, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same video resolution, the Motorola razr (2020) also has a way more mega-pixels back facing camera, a much bigger aperture and a much larger sensor.
Although Motorola razr (2020) is a better device, it costs a lot more than Galaxy S5, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy S5. If you are trying to save some money, you can get the Galaxy S5, giving up some specs and features, but you'll get the most with your budget.
