Motorola razr (2020) has a general score of 87, which is just a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy S8 Active's 81.9 score. Motorola razr (2020) is a much newer cellphone, and it's also much thinner and a little lighter than Samsung Galaxy S8 Active. Motorola razr (2020) features a bit more powerful processing unit than Galaxy S8 Active, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Motorola razr (2020) also has more RAM.
The Galaxy S8 Active counts with a sharper display than Motorola razr (2020), because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a much higher 1440 x 2960px resolution and a lot greater screen density. The Motorola razr (2020) counts with a superior camera than Galaxy S8 Active, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition, the same 30 fps video frame rates and a same size diafragm aperture, the Motorola razr (2020) also has a much bigger camera sensor providing a way higher image quality and a way more mega-pixels back facing camera.
Motorola razr (2020) features a very superior memory for apps and games than Galaxy S8 Active, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory capacity. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy the Motorola razr (2020), otherwise you can save some money and get the Galaxy S8 Active, giving up a couple features and specifications.
