Motorola razr (2020) is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy S9, having a general score of 87 against 83.3. Motorola razr (2020)'s design is way newer and just a little thinner than Samsung Galaxy S9's, but it is also heavier. Galaxy S9 has a bit better processing unit than Motorola razr (2020), although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processor.
The Galaxy S9 features a more vivid screen than Motorola razr (2020), because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a lot better pixel count per inch in the screen and a lot higher 1440 x 2960 resolution. Motorola razr (2020) has a superior camera than Galaxy S9, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not so good for low-light images and videos and slower 30 fps video frame rate, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the Motorola razr (2020) also counts with a way larger sensor which provides a much higher image and video quality and a way more mega pixels back facing camera.
The Motorola razr (2020) counts with a better memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S9, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 192 GB more internal storage capacity. The Galaxy S9 counts with a bit better battery performance than Motorola razr (2020), because it has a 3000mAh battery capacity instead of 2800mAh.
Although Motorola razr (2020) is a better device, it costs a lot more than Galaxy S9, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Galaxy S9. If you want to save some money, you can get the Galaxy S9, letting go a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most out of your savings.
