Motorola razr (2020) has an overall score of 87, which is just a bit better than Xperia 1 VI's 83.2 general score. Both of these phones use Android OS, but the Motorola razr (2020) has 11 version and Xperia 1 VI has Android 14. Motorola razr (2020) counts with a much more powerful CPU than Sony Xperia 1 VI, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores.
The Sony Xperia 1 VI counts with a little more vivid screen than Motorola razr (2020), because it has a much greater number of pixels per screen inch, a little bit larger screen and a lot better 1644 x 3840px resolution.
