The Motorola razr (2020) is better than the Xiaomi 12T Pro, with a score of 87 against 76.9. Although the Motorola razr (2020) is way older than the Xiaomi 12T Pro, it's construction is a bit lighter and just a little bit thinner. Both of these phones have Android OS (Operating System), but Motorola razr (2020) has the older 11 version and Xiaomi 12T Pro has Android 12 version.
