The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro is much better than Nokia 8.1, getting an 84.2 score against 72.1. Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro's design is extremely newer than Nokia 8.1's, although it's much heavier and somewhat thicker. Both devices in this review have Android OS (Operating System), but Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has a newer 14 version and Nokia 8.1 has Android 10 version.
The Nokia 8.1 has a much faster processing unit than Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro, although it has 12 GB less RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit. Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro features a more vivid screen than Nokia 8.1, because although it has a bit lower pixel density, it also counts with a bit higher 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution and a little bit larger display.
The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro features a very superior camera than Nokia 8.1, because although it has a smaller camera aperture, it also counts with a lot larger sensor taking much higher quality photographs, a much higher 7680x4320 video quality and a back camera with a much higher 50 mega pixels resolution.
Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro features a much bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Nokia 8.1, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with more internal memory. The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro features a much longer battery performance than Nokia 8.1, because it has a 5500mAh battery size against 3500mAh.
