Huawei P20 is just a bit better than Nokia 8.1, with a score of 78.1 against 72.1. Both of these phones include Android OS (operating system), but Huawei P20 has 9.0 Pie version and Nokia 8.1 has Android 10, counting with some extra features. The Huawei P20 is a just a little bit lighter and just a little thinner phone than Nokia 8.1, even when both of them were only released with a couple months difference.
