The Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium has a global score of 82.2, which is a bit better than Nokia 8 V 5G UW's 80.3 overall score. Although the Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium is a better device than Nokia 8 V 5G UW, it must be told that it is also a lot older, incredibly thicker and a little bit heavier. The Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium has a little better performance than Nokia 8 V 5G UW. Both have the same RAM memory amount and a Octa-Core processing unit.
The Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium has a much more vibrant display than Nokia 8 V 5G UW, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a way better 2160 x 3840 resolution and much more pixels per inch in the display. The Nokia 8 V 5G UW has a bigger memory to store more games and applications than Xperia XZ2 Premium, and although they both have the same internal storage capacity, the Nokia 8 V 5G UW also has a slot for external memory cards that supports a maximum of 1000 GB.
The Nokia 8 V 5G UW features superior battery life than Xperia XZ2 Premium, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity against 3540mAh. The Nokia 8 V 5G UW captures better pictures and videos than Xperia XZ2 Premium, and although they both have a same size diafragm aperture and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Nokia 8 V 5G UW also has higher video frame rate, a back camera with much more mega-pixels and a much larger back camera sensor shooting way higher quality videos and photographs.
Although Xperia XZ2 Premium is a better device, it costs a lot more than Nokia 8 V 5G UW, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Nokia 8 V 5G UW. If you are trying to save some money, you can get Nokia 8 V 5G UW, giving up a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most out of your money.
