Comparison review

The Sony Xperia 1 III has a global score of 93.3, which is way better than the Nokia 8's 73.8 overall score. Sony Xperia 1 III's design is extremely newer, but heavier and just a little bit thicker than Nokia 8. The Nokia 8 has a bit better display than Sony Xperia 1 III, although it has a little inferior pixels amount in each inch in the display, a quite smaller screen and a lot worse resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels.

Xperia 1 III has a much greater memory capacity for apps and games than Nokia 8, because it has a slot for external memory cards that holds up to 1 TB and 256 GB internal memory. Sony Xperia 1 III has just a little better hardware performance than Nokia 8, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Sony Xperia 1 III also has a higher amount of RAM memory.

The Xperia 1 III shoots much better videos and photos than Nokia 8, because although it has a worse video definition and a back facing camera with less megapixels, it also counts with a lot bigger back camera sensor and a bigger diafragm aperture for better low-light photos and video. The Xperia 1 III features a much better battery life than Nokia 8, because it has a 4500mAh battery size against 3090mAh.

Xperia 1 III is a lot more expensive than Nokia 8, but you can get a much better phone for that extra dollars.
