Although it's the best in this review, Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact is a just a little bit heavier and a lot thicker phone than Nokia 8. The Nokia 8 has a little more vivid screen than Xperia XZ2 Compact, and although they both have the same brightness, the Nokia 8 also has a bit bigger screen, a higher resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels and a just a little better pixels density.
The Xperia XZ2 Compact features a little bit better memory for applications and games than Nokia 8, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal storage, the Xperia XZ2 Compact also has an external memory slot that holds up to 400 GB. The Xperia XZ2 Compact counts with a little better processing power than Nokia 8. Both have the same number of cores and a 4 GB RAM memory.
The Nokia 8 counts with just a little better battery life than Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact, because it has an 8% bigger battery size. The Xperia XZ2 Compact shoots much clearer videos and photos than Nokia 8, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality and the same aperture, the Xperia XZ2 Compact also has a way larger back camera sensor, a back facing camera with way more mega-pixels and better 60 frames per second video frame rate.
