Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi MIX is slightly better than the Nokia 8, getting a 76.2 score against 73.8. The Xiaomi Mi MIX is a much heavier phone than Nokia 8, but both have the same thickness. Nokia 8 counts with a more vivid screen than Xiaomi Mi MIX, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a much greater screen pixel density, more brightness and a higher resolution of 1440 x 2560.
The Nokia 8 has a little bit more storage capacity to install games and applications than Xiaomi Mi MIX, because although it has just 64 GB internal memory, it also counts with an external memory card slot that admits a maximum of 256 GB. Nokia 8 counts with just a little better performance than Xiaomi Mi MIX, and although they both have 4 GB of RAM, the Nokia 8 also has more processing cores.
The Xiaomi Mi MIX has a very superior battery life than Nokia 8, because it has 4400mAh of battery capacity instead of 3090mAh. The Xiaomi Mi MIX captures slightly better videos and photos than Nokia 8, and although they both have a same size aperture, the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, a 0.33 inches back-facing camera sensor and the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the Xiaomi Mi MIX also has a back-facing camera with a better 16 mega pixels resolution.
Although Xiaomi Mi MIX is a better device, it costs more money than Nokia 8, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Nokia 8. If you are trying to save some money, you can buy Nokia 8, letting go a couple features and specs, but you'll get the most with your budget.
