The Motorola Moto G has a general score of 60.3, which is much better than Lumia 520's 54.3 score. The Motorola Moto G works with Android 5.0 OS, and Lumia 520 counts with Windows Phone 8.1, 8 OS. Even though Motorola Moto G is better than Lumia 520, we must tell that it's also a somewhat heavier and somewhat thicker cellphone.
Moto G features just a little better hardware performance than Nokia Lumia 520, and although they both have a 450 megahertz graphics processor, the Moto G also has a higher number of faster cores and 512 MB more RAM memory. Motorola Moto G counts with a little bit better display than Lumia 520, because it has a better pixel density, a little larger screen and a way better resolution of 1280 x 720px.
The Nokia Lumia 520 has a much bigger storage capacity to store more apps and games than Moto G, and although they both have exactly the same 8 GB internal memory capacity, the Nokia Lumia 520 also has a SD card slot that supports up to 64 GB. Lumia 520 counts with just a bit better camera than Moto G. Both of them have a back facing camera with a 5 mega-pixels, the same video frame rates and the same 1280x720 (HD) video quality.
Motorola Moto G counts with a much better battery lifetime than Nokia Lumia 520, because it has a 2070mAh battery capacity instead of 1430mAh.
Motorola Moto G is a bit more expensive than the Nokia Lumia 520, but you can get a better phone for that few extra dollars.
