Comparison review
Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) is just a bit better than the nubia Red Magic 5G, getting a score of 77.4 against 75.7. These phones include Android OS (operating system), but the Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) has newer 9.0 Pie version while nubia Red Magic 5G has Android 10. The Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) construction is somewhat lighter and somewhat thinner than the nubia Red Magic 5G, despite of the fact that it was released only 17 months before.
The nubia Red Magic 5G has just a bit better processing power than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2), and although they both have the same number of cores, the nubia Red Magic 5G also has more RAM. Nubia Red Magic 5G features a bit sharper display than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2), because although it has a bit inferior pixels count in each display inch, it also counts with a slightly higher 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution, a brighter screen and a bit bigger screen.
The nubia Red Magic 5G takes greater videos and photos than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2), and although they both have a F1.8 aperture and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the nubia Red Magic 5G also has a lot bigger back camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors, higher 60 fps video frame rate and a back camera with way more mega pixels.
The Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) has a very superior memory for games and applications than nubia Red Magic 5G, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal storage, the Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) also has a SD card slot that allows up to 1,95 TB. The Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) has just a little better battery life than nubia Red Magic 5G, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity against 4500mAh.
