Galaxy Note Edge is a lot better than the OnePlus 3, with a general score of 81.7 against 64.2. The Galaxy Note Edge is an older, somewhat thicker and a bit heavier phone than OnePlus 3. The Galaxy Note Edge has an incredibly better looking display than OnePlus 3, because it has more pixels per inch in the screen, a quite bigger screen and a better resolution of 2560 x 1440px.
Samsung Galaxy Note Edge counts with a bit more storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than OnePlus 3, because although it has just 32 GB internal memory, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that allows up to 128 GB. The Galaxy Note Edge counts with just a bit better performance than OnePlus 3, because although it has 3 GB lesser RAM, and they both have 4 processing cores, the Galaxy Note Edge also counts with an additional graphics co-processor.
OnePlus 3 and Samsung Galaxy Note Edge both feature quite similar batteries. The Galaxy Note Edge captures slightly better photographs and videos than OnePlus 3, although it has a smaller aperture which is not good for low light photos, they both have the same video frame rate, the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and a same resolution back facing camera.
The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge costs a bit more than OnePlus 3, but it's still a convenient choice, because you can get a lot more features for that extra money.
