Comparison review
The Xperia XZ2 Compact is a little bit better than the OnePlus 6T, with a global score of 79 against 72.9. Although the Xperia XZ2 Compact and the OnePlus 6T were released only 7 months apart, the Xperia XZ2 Compact design is much thicker but also a little bit lighter than the OnePlus 6T. The OnePlus 6T features a little better hardware performance than Xperia XZ2 Compact, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the OnePlus 6T also has 4 GB more RAM.
The Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact has a much better looking screen than OnePlus 6T, because although it has a really smaller display and a bit lower 1080 x 2160 pixels resolution, it also counts with a little bit greater pixels density. The Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact has just a bit better camera than OnePlus 6T, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not recommended for capturing photos and video in low-light situations, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and the same 60 frames per second video frame rate, the Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact also counts with a larger back-facing camera sensor providing a better image quality and a camera with more mega-pixels.
The OnePlus 6T features a better memory capacity to store more games and applications than Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage capacity. The OnePlus 6T counts with greater battery duration than Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact, because it has a 3700mAh battery capacity against 2870mAh.
