Apple iPhone 7 counts with a lot bigger memory for games and applications than OnePlus 7, because it has 256 GB internal memory. The OnePlus 7 has a superior battery performance than Apple iPhone 7, because it has 3700mAh of battery capacity.
Although iPhone 7 is a better device, it is way more expensive than OnePlus 7, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as OnePlus 7. So if you want that extra features, you can buy iPhone 7, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the OnePlus 7, letting go a couple specs and features.
