Galaxy Alpha is a bit better than OnePlus 7, getting a 76.3 score against 71.6. These phones use Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Alpha has the newer 4.4.4 version and OnePlus 7 has Android 11, providing you lots of additional features and increased performance. The Galaxy Alpha design is a lot lighter and somewhat thinner than the OnePlus 7.

OnePlus 7 counts with a very superior memory to store more games and applications than Galaxy Alpha, because it has 128 GB internal memory. The OnePlus 7 features a much better camera than Galaxy Alpha, and although they both have the same video quality, the OnePlus 7 also has a way bigger aperture for better low light captures and video, faster 60 frames per second video frame rates and a back camera with a lot higher resolution.
The OnePlus 7 has a much better battery lifetime than Galaxy Alpha, because it has 3700mAh of battery capacity against 1860mAh.
The Galaxy Alpha is a little more expensive than the OnePlus 7, but you can get a better phone for that extra dollars.
