The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is way better than OnePlus 7, having a score of 98 against 71.6. These phones have Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has newer 13 version and OnePlus 7 has Android 11 version, giving you some additional features. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G construction is newer, but a little bit thicker and somewhat heavier than OnePlus 7.
