Galaxy S7 edge has a score of 78.1, which is a bit better than OnePlus 7's 71.6 global score. Both of these phones work with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy S7 edge has newer 8.0 Oreo version and OnePlus 7 has Android 11. The Galaxy S7 edge body is just a little thinner and somewhat lighter than OnePlus 7, although it was released 3 years before.
The OnePlus 7 has a bit better processing power than Galaxy S7 edge, because it has a higher amount of RAM and more processing cores. The Galaxy S7 edge features a bit better looking display than OnePlus 7, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher pixel count per display inch and a better 1440 x 2560px resolution.
