Comparison review
The Sony Xperia 1 has a general score of 82.6, which is slightly better than OnePlus 7T Pro's general score of 75.8. Sony Xperia 1's body is a bit thinner and lighter than OnePlus 7T Pro, even though both of them were released only a couple of months apart. The Xperia 1 counts with just a bit better looking screen than OnePlus 7T Pro, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with more pixels per display inch and a better resolution of 1644 x 3840px.
OnePlus 7T Pro has a bit more powerful processor than Xperia 1, and although they both have the same number of cores, the OnePlus 7T Pro also has 2 GB more RAM memory. OnePlus 7T Pro shoots way better photos and videos than Xperia 1, and although they both have a F1.6 aperture and the same video quality, the OnePlus 7T Pro also has higher 60 frames per second video frame rates, a much more mega pixels back camera and a lot bigger back camera sensor.
The Xperia 1 features a little bit more storage capacity for applications and games than OnePlus 7T Pro, because although it has just 128 GB internal storage, it also counts with an external SD slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB. The OnePlus 7T Pro features improved battery performance than Xperia 1, because it has a 4085mAh battery capacity instead of 3330mAh.
Although Xperia 1 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the OnePlus 7T Pro, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as OnePlus 7T Pro. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can buy the OnePlus 7T Pro, letting go a few features and specifications, but you will get the most with your money.
