Comparison review
LG V30S ThinQ is a little bit better than the OnePlus 8 UW, getting an 82.5 score against 75.9. Both of these phones come with Android OS (Operating System), but LG V30S ThinQ has 8.0 Oreo version and OnePlus 8 UW has Android 10 version, providing the user a couple additional features and enhanced performance. LG V30S ThinQ is an extremely older phone than OnePlus 8 UW, but LG managed to build it somewhat lighter and just a bit thinner anyway.
OnePlus 8 UW features a bit faster CPU than LG V30S ThinQ, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the OnePlus 8 UW also has a higher amount of RAM. The OnePlus 8 UW counts with a bit better display than LG V30S ThinQ, because although it has a way lower resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a just a little worse pixels density, it also counts with a bit larger screen.
OnePlus 8 UW has a much better camera than LG V30S ThinQ, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not nice for low light captures, and they both have the same video resolution, the OnePlus 8 UW also counts with higher video frame rate, a way larger sensor which provides a way better image and video quality and a back-facing camera with lot more mega pixels.
The LG V30S ThinQ counts with a much greater memory for applications and games than OnePlus 8 UW, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal storage, the LG V30S ThinQ also has a SD extension slot that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB. OnePlus 8 UW has greater battery life than LG V30S ThinQ, because it has a 30% larger battery capacity.
The LG V30S ThinQ costs more than the OnePlus 8 UW, but you can get a better phone for that extra dollars.
