Comparison review
The Google Pixel XL is a little bit better than OnePlus 8, with a overall score of 81.3 against 76. Google Pixel XL's construction is a little lighter than OnePlus 8, although it's just a little thicker and was released 4 years before. OnePlus 8 features a slightly better looking screen than Google Pixel XL, because although it has a little worse pixel density and a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2400, it also counts with a bigger display.
The OnePlus 8 and the Google Pixel XL count with quite similar memory for games and applications, both of them have equal 128 GB internal memory capacity. OnePlus 8 has a bit better processing power than Google Pixel XL, because it has a greater number of cores and 4 GB more RAM memory. OnePlus 8 counts with better battery lifetime than Google Pixel XL, because it has 4300mAh of battery capacity.
The OnePlus 8 takes much clearer pictures and videos than Google Pixel XL, and although they both have the same video definition, the OnePlus 8 also has a bigger sensor shooting better quality pictures, faster 60 frames per second video frame rate, a larger camera aperture for better low light captures and video and a way better resolution camera in the back.
Although Google Pixel XL is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the OnePlus 8, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as OnePlus 8. If you want to save some dollars, you can buy OnePlus 8, letting go a few features and specs, but you will get the most with your savings.
