Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ has a general score of 79.3, which is slightly better than the OnePlus 8's general score of 76. Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+'s construction is somewhat thinner and lighter than OnePlus 8, even though it was released many years before. OnePlus 8 has a quite superior hardware performance than Galaxy S6 edge+, because it has 7 more cpu cores and more RAM memory.
Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ features just a bit better display than OnePlus 8, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with more pixels per screen inch and a higher 2560 x 1440px resolution. The OnePlus 8 has a much better camera than Galaxy S6 edge+, and although they both have the same (4K) video quality, the OnePlus 8 also has a camera in the back with lot more MP, a larger diafragm aperture, faster 60 frames per second video frame rate and a much larger sensor.
The OnePlus 8 features much more storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, because it has more internal memory. The OnePlus 8 counts with a very superior battery duration than Galaxy S6 edge+, because it has 4300mAh of battery capacity.
Although Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ is a better device, it is more expensive than OnePlus 8, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the OnePlus 8. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, else you can save some dollars and get the OnePlus 8, resigning some features and specifications.
