Sony Xperia 5 has a global score of 81, which is a bit better than OnePlus 9 Pro's 76.6 general score. Although the Sony Xperia 5 is older than OnePlus 9 Pro, it's construction is somewhat lighter and just a bit thinner. Xperia 5 has a processor that's very similar to OnePlus 9 Pro's CPU, and although the Xperia 5 has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core CPU.
OnePlus 9 Pro features a little more vivid screen than Xperia 5, because it has a little bit larger display, a just a little better quantity of pixels per inch of display and a better resolution of 1440 x 3216 pixels. The Xperia 5 counts with a much greater storage capacity for games and applications than OnePlus 9 Pro, and although they both have the same internal storage capacity, the Xperia 5 also has a SD card slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB.
OnePlus 9 Pro counts with a very superior battery lifetime than Xperia 5, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity instead of 3140mAh. The OnePlus 9 Pro features a greater camera than Sony Xperia 5, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not favorable for low light captures, it also counts with a way better 7680x4320 video quality, a much bigger sensor taking much higher quality videos and photographs and a back-facing camera with a much better 48 mega-pixels resolution.
Despite of being the best phone of the ones in this comparison, the Xperia 5 is also the cheapest one.
